Volunteer Service Teams
We believe that one of the most important ways in which we connect people to God is through our volunteer service teams. Serving is our way of doing what we can do to create an environment where God can do what only He can do. We have various ways in which you can volunteer to serve, and best of all, it’s easy to get started. Just click here, and we will contact you to find out which area of service is right for you. Below are some of our main service opportunities:
The purpose of the production services team is to help people connect with God by using technology to enhance the way we present our message. We have positions in audio, stage direction, video presentations, lighting, computer graphics and animations and other appropriate visuals. If you enjoy serving in a technical capacity, this is the place for you.
The Guest Services Team is a group of people who enjoy serving ICA attendees by greeting them as they enter the building, ushering them to their seats, helping with the offering during the services, and providing information. Every Sunday, our volunteers serve in one of three areas: Set-up Crew, Worship Service Team (Ushering, Offering, and Greeting), or Information Center Hosts.
The ICA resource center provides message CDs and other resources that can be used as tools for spiritual growth. We are looking for Sunday volunteers to work in the Resource Center before and after the service.
Kidz Shack is our environment for children between the ages of 2 and 5th grade. During our adult service, our Children’s Ministry staff cares for and teaches our children in a separate area. Volunteers are needed to serve as hosts, and small group leaders.
Volunteers in this ministry participate with one of our pastors in meeting the relational and spiritual needs of those who are sick or in recovery. This ministry is a great opportunity to show others how much God cares about them.
